Chris Benvegna, a native of Queens, has been teaching music at Poly since 1996. Chris earned a bachelor’s in music with a minor in education and a master’s in music education from the Aaron Copland School of Music Queens College. He teaches Grade 6 Beginning Instrumental Music. At our Winter and Spring Concerts, he leads the Middle School Band, Jazz Band, and Concert Band, taking his students through unforgettable performances.
